Peaches with Oat Crumble

I truly believe that anything you bake under a layer of crispy golden crumbs will turn out wonderful. Peaches, apples, plums, pears — switch up the fruits and each time you'll have a new dish for breakfast or just as a dessert.
Today, I've got peaches and a great mood, which means there's going to be something delicious 🥰

Ingredients

  • 700g (about 1.5 lbs) peaches
  • 70g (about 3/4 cup) quick oats
  • 70g (about 1/3 cup) sugar
  • 70g (about 5 tablespoons) cold butter
  • almond flakes, flax seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). In the meantime, wash and cut the peaches into small pieces, and place them in a baking dish.

  2. In a blender, combine the cold butter, cut into small pieces, sugar, and oats, and blend everything into crumbs.

  3. Spread the oat crumble over the peaches. It will be very tasty if you sprinkle some almond flakes or flax seeds on top.

Bake for about 40 minutes or until the crumble is golden.
It's best served warm, and you can enjoy it with ice cream 🥰
Enjoy your meal 💛
