Brownie Recipe

I absolutely adore brownies for everything: the rich chocolate flavor, the soft center, and that incredible crispy crust on top 🥰 Writing this makes me want another piece 😉 This recipe is my favorite so far. Jot it down 🤗

Brownie with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 150g dark chocolate (5.3 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 170g butter (6 oz)
  • 150g sugar (5.3 oz or 3/4 cup)
  • 70g flour (2.5 oz or 1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler or, if you have an electric stove, on a low heat setting of 1-2. This time I used chocolate with chopped nuts, and they'll add flavor to the brownies.

  2. Separately, whisk the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.

  3. Combine both mixtures with flour until smooth. Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven set at 170°C (338°F). If you want the brownies to be more baked and denser, leave them in for an additional 10 minutes.

    Baking the Brownies

While the dessert is warm, it remains soft and even gooey inside. With a scoop of ice cream, it's so delicious that stopping is just impossible 🥰. If you let the finished brownies stabilize overnight (that's if you have strong nerves and can wait 😉), they'll slice better into pieces and, as you understand, will be no less tasty.
