Ricotta and Strawberry Bruschetta
I highly recommend trying to make these bruschetta, especially during strawberry season when the berries have a rich flavor and aroma 🥰. Chill something sparkling in the fridge, invite your friends over, and prepare quickly 😉

Ingredients
- Baguette
- Butter
- Sugar
- Ricotta
- Strawberries
- Basil
- Balsamic Glaze
Preparation

Slice the baguette into pieces about 1 cm (approximately 0.4 inches) thick. Spread a little butter on them, lightly sprinkle with sugar, and toast on both sides. You'll get a crispy caramelized crust.

Spread ricotta on top of the baguette slices, add thinly sliced strawberries. Sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic glaze.
