Ricotta and Strawberry Bruschetta

I highly recommend trying to make these bruschetta, especially during strawberry season when the berries have a rich flavor and aroma 🥰. Chill something sparkling in the fridge, invite your friends over, and prepare quickly 😉

Ingredients

  • Baguette
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Ricotta
  • Strawberries
  • Basil
  • Balsamic Glaze

Preparation

  1. Slice the baguette into pieces about 1 cm (approximately 0.4 inches) thick. Spread a little butter on them, lightly sprinkle with sugar, and toast on both sides. You'll get a crispy caramelized crust.

  2. Spread ricotta on top of the baguette slices, add thinly sliced strawberries. Sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic glaze.
